Every company has rules and regulations (*sigh*), but it keeps the chaos down, so here we go!

  • Absolutely NO harassment is allowed to the team or from the team!
  • Complaints or grievances should be entered into the Contact Form!
  • NO solicitation of services are allowed!
  • Racism, bigotry, and other behaviors that are offensive will NOT be tolerated! Majicia & Their Hotline Team have the right to refuse services to such behaviors & these particular people will be blocked from using the services!
  • Give respect to get respect! This goes both ways!
  • No SPAMMING! Turnaround response time is 24-72 hours for ALL inquiries entered into the Contact Forms!
  • Be nice. Treat others how you would want to be treated!
  • NO HARRASSING E-MAILS! There are some who feel as if this is not their cup of tea, and that is fine, but it is okay to keep this to yourself. No, seriously. We are serious about our abilities and what we do!
